I want to open o daytime spa in my country Romania and I think it is not so different from other countries. These are the steps I will make.
- have a firm with this object of activity.
- manage very carefully your budget. make a plan.
- find a location. good placement. big enough for a spa.
- transform it (paint it, arange it, fix the problems to meet the higienic requirements and to make a nice enviroment)
- take all the authorisation (higienic ecological etc) from the authorities.
- buy cosmetic and spa equipment that meet your needs.
- Look for a massage specialist, a cosmetician, a fitness trainer, a dietetician. In my country they have to work minimum 6 months after speciality school before being employed.
- make a lot of publicity (internet, local tv radio, newspaper, brochures)

In big steps that’s all I have to do. hope it will help you.
